Mithril Consulting was founded by Phil Bird, a Southern Alberta teacher, builder, and systems thinker with a bias toward practical outcomes. Phil’s work sits at the intersection of custom software, AI-assisted workflows, and real-world operational pain.

He is especially interested in businesses with specialized processes — the kinds of workflows that do not fit neatly inside generic software, but still deserve to be faster, clearer, and more reliable.
